Summer Crush: SVNR

We have a new brand crush, one of those summer flings (although Sweden refuses summer weather altogether right now). SVNR is pronounced Souvenir, which is the French verb for “remember”. Over time, in English, the word came to represent a physical reminder of a journey or destination. And designer Christina Tung makes just that – handmade, eclectic pieces all made from found, reused, upcycled and natural materials, all with a collector’s love / travellers’ mentality to it.
And just some week ago, Tung added the perfect slip dresses made of 100 percent vegan silks, individually hand-dyed by Tung herself in Brooklyn. Read more about those here and discover the brand here.

The space of which the iconic shoe enters is one where the love of nature takes center stage. Make it last talks to the band about why they always end up with the animals.
