Here's Instagram’s recent effort to promote inclusivity in fashion.

On our minds is Instagram’s recent effort to promote inclusivity in fashion with their recent #RunwayForAll campaign. Centered around model diversity, the initiative saw posts highlighting one emerging model each day, all chosen for their contributions to “redefining industry standards and making sure there’s room on the #RunwayForAll”. The Models featured included Mama Cax (@caxmee), a Haitian-born blogger with an amputated leg; Shaun Ross (@shaundross), the openly gay model star with albinism; and Jillian Mercado (@jilly_peppa), a wheelchair bound model with muscular dystrophy. Instagram’s fashion and arts community lead meant that the goal with the campaign was to highlight some of the bravest and most creative models on the platform who challenge and redefine traditional standards of beauty.
