Katherine Hamnett have teamed up with YMC for relaunch of her unisex slogan tees.

On our minds is Katherine Hamnett’s new team up with London-based remake brand You Must Create (YMC) for a relaunch of her iconic unisex slogan tees.

The t-shirts, originally launched in 1983, are the keystones of Hamnett’s designs printed with the politically loaded catch phrases that have made her into a poster child for activist fashion. To an equal extent eco warrior, the relaunched tees are ethically produced from reworked fabrics, environmentally friendly ink and organic cotton. The capsule collection also consists of other pieces from the Hamnett archive spanning over some 30 years including an amazing loose-fitting organic silk boiler suit. We were happy to spot this old veteran in the limelight again. Browse the full range here.
