Numerous shoe-brands are now adding vegan footwear to their sortiment!

On our minds is the recent wave of leather-free footwear that has washed upon us in response to the traditionally leather-heavy shoe offering on the market. Kicking off with Esprit’s (continued) vegan shoe range a few seasons back, we have now seen other conventional brands adding to their conscious repertoire with shoes free from animal-derived materials – most recently Scandi brand Vagabond which announced their upcoming vegan styles the other day. And then there is Matt & Nat, the luxury leather-free bag brand of our choice, which are shortly to sell minimal luxe sneakers – and PETA’s recently announced vegan sneaker design competition with Bourgeois Boheme fronted by Anais Gallagher.
