Le Tote is the clothing rental app that aspires to be the Netflix of clothing.
On our minds is Le Tote, an American clothing rental app which launched to the public the other week. Called “the Netflix for clothing” by some, the app is inspired by trending social apps such as Instagram and Tinder and given similar “like” buttons and swipe features. The catalogue currently covers pieces from almost 80 brands and apart from renting (or buying the second hand garments at a reduced price), users can browse outfits created by certain style influencers or recommended for special occasions, explore trends in the local area or even access the weather forecast to plan their outfit choices for the week ahead.
