We love the new sustainable Vans!
On our minds is Vans new venture into sustainability with the launch of their three piece capsule collection created in collaboration with Charlotte Stone. The LA-based designer/hobby surfer was appointed to create a line of environmentally friendly products for the brand, and the result are sneakers partly made from salvaged plastic bottles featuring recycled canvas uppers, waste-free rubber soles and water-based glues. The neat feminine/unisex designs are true to the designer’s minimal aesthetic whilst keeping the overall feel of Vans with their brand-specific waffle sole. Explore the collection here.
