On our minds is the “accidental poster child for sustainability”, that is Eckhaus Latta. The NYC/LA-based brand has caused some disturbance in the past few seasons for fitting the post-gender avant-garde bill without the monochrome-baggy outcome. From their performance art-style runway shows and the retro-influenced deadstock designs to their home-blended kitchen cupboard dyes, Eckhaus Latta gives directional something some may argue it has been lacking – a face and a context.
