The Mercantile merges artisan craft with contemporary fashion.
On our minds is The Mercantile, the new fashion online space on everyone’s lips. Following the trending “editorialised” ecommerce platform model, The Mercantile is merging artisan craft with contemporary fashion in their curation of new and vintage pieces with a pervading quest for quality. Following a strict “vintage condition” criteria, the founders source beautiful forecasted pieces (fiercely 70s-evoking for the season) presented in coherent editorial-style product shots. We praise what we see and can’t decide whether we love the curation or the presentation more. Have a browse through the site here.
