Commentary from ethical fashion scene including Stella McCartney and Livia Firth.

On our minds is The True Cost, the upcoming American documentary film on fashion and ethics directed by Andrew Morgan. Highlighting the decreasing price of fashion/increasing cost on humans and the environment disruption. The documentary features footage from sweatshops and seasonal runways alike with commentary from some key opinion leaders within the ethical fashion scene including Stella McCartney and Livia Firth. We are excited to see the outcome and hope for less sweat shop scare and more addressing of the broken relationship between clothes manufacturing and fashion as a cultural reflection and identity-shaping tool. The film is released worldwide on 29th May and the trailer can be watched here!
