She’s a longterm vegan, animal rights activist and advocate of green living, or “kind living” as she prefers to put it on her sustainable website The Kind Life. There she shares inspiration and everyday advice for a greener and more eco-friendly lifestyle. The actress has also written two books on the sustainable subject; The Kind Diet and The Kind Mama. Although the latter might have been a bit controversial, colored by a lifetime in La La Land and overusing the word “yummy”, Alicia is using her stardom to highlight the health issues of our planet. An achievement that, in combo with Cher Horowitz’s iconic impact on every girl who ever saw Clueless and Alicia’s all-around 90’s awesomeness, makes us wanna jump right into the movie star mix of oversized pea coats, crushed velvet, victorian lace-up boots, bling bling and backpacks.
