The Matisse Cut-Outs exhibition at MoMA really is breathtaking.

The Matisse Cut-Outs exhibition at MoMA really is breathtaking. The motives of my childhood home makes my eyes tear. up. The Blue Nudes are perhaps my favorites. So glad I got to see this show. Cutting out forms from coloured paper, instead of drawing, using the positive and negative shapes, moving them around with the help of pins… to me it resembles what I do for a living. I’ll expand that thought later… perhaps. Bye!
