Högsta bud —

When looking to make an interior update, we turn to our favorite auction sites and online vintage shops for unique and beautiful pieces. Lately, we've been lusting for velvet.

If you’ve been tapping into the current interior trends, you might have noticed a lustrous textile tendency. Velvet upholstery seams to be the number one choice for sofas, armchairs and ottomans at the moment, hitting an inviting, tactile and luxurious note. As always, we’re curiously drawn to soft and earthy color ways that reaches from light beige to dark gold and brown; a preference that obviously goes way beyond velvety furnishing.
Being firm believers in and supporters of the second hand market, online auctions and vintage shops is where we’ll look to make our interior investments—trend inspired or not. And we’ll admit: sometimes we just browse for fun; building dream homes of exclusive vintage pieces in our minds (which might explain some offensively pricey picks surfacing here from time to time). Dare to dream, right?
