Day five of Make it last founders Lisa and Emma's Biolage #LiveRaw 7 Day Challenge is all about eating green.

Today’s challenge is Eat Green – do double duty! Healthy diet – healthy hair. Here’s how Emma and Lisa interpret the challenge.

“Here’s a local tip if you’re looking for a good green lunch in Stockholm: Matdistriktet on Rådmansgatan 57. It’s right around the corner from our office and we go there and splash out at least a few days a week. They offer a green and organic buffet and you pay by the hectogram. We’ll probably go there today and sit in the park outside – it’s the first warm day of the spring here and I’ve been sick for the past three weeks, finally feeling better. So I’m excited!
Generally, my diet is pretty green as it is. I’m a vegetarian who eats fish and sea food once in a while. I’m the worst chef ever and don’t do a lot of advanced cooking. My best everyday food is a big salad with something like pasta and potatoes and some kind of cheese. I think it’s my duty as a reasonably well-paid person to choose organic options at the supermarket and also prefer doing so because the organic options are usually more tasty. I also try to eat all my food, ie not to create waste.”

“The past 6 years I have been a vegetarian. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made. There is no food that makes me feel stronger, gives me more energy or that is tastier. If I would give you one tip on how to be more sustainable it would be to go green and become a vegetarian. If you need some help/inspiration in the beginning with what to eat, take a vegetarian cooking class or ask you friend of their favorite veggie recipes! Mine at the moment is this one!
