Make it last founders Lisa and Emma embark on their Biolage #LiveRaw 7 Day Challenge today.

The focus of day one of the Biolage #LiveRaw 7 Day ChallengeGo natural origin! Choose natural products and live a cleaner life. Here’s what our editors’ days looked like.

Lisa Corneliusson:

“I walked my dog to work today. (Or, she walked me.) This is an everyday habit for me and probably also the best one out of all my habits. My dog is my life savior. She makes sure I get a proper walk every day and that I get to breathe fresh air even on days when I’m stressed out. And, of course, by doing this I don’t have to contribute to unnecessary emissions by taking a car or some other mode of transportation. I had lunch at Koloni at Yogayama—one of my favorite places for raw food in Stockholm. So far, I’ve kept on walking between meetings and lunch. Tonight, I’m having leftovers: root vegetables and sweet potatoes, yummie.”

Emma Elwin:

“Today I recorded the Styleby beauty podcast in the city. Instead of driving or taking the bus, the whole family took the boat in. Traveling on water is not only very much appreciated by Dylan, who loves to watch the waves as we go, it’s also a bit kinder to the environment. On the podcast we talked about changing ones habits and how it doesn’t have to be that hard. One thing you can do is to start eating vegetarian once a week, or to take the bike to work! You might end up like us—having vegetarian every day of every week, just because it so darn tasty.”
