Emma Elwin is trying to make time for some Yoga in here life.
Since we got back home I haven’t had time for anything else but work and fixing the apartment. I feel great and not stressed at all for the first time in my life. But still, I haven’t done any exercise for a month now unless you count Stella’s walks. But from the 8th of March I am going to change that! I signed up for the pregnancy yoga at Altromondo that all my friends have been telling me is suposed to be amazing. Until then I was thinking about get a Pilates ball to bump around on in front of the TV with my evening tea. Do any of you have a pilates ball? Is it one of those things you buy and then use for a week and then never again??
Emma is planning what things to grow around her house. Let us give you a hint: there'll defiantly be some eatables!
