Emma Elwin what's to learn a new hobby.

Since I can’t really surf at the moment I feel like I need a new hobby until the baby is born. Last August I just could not resist bring this little blouse back with me from Mexico. If there is something I really want to learn it is to learn the art of embroidering. Not only would it be a great way to relax but also imagen be able to make these kind of thing and give away as a present. Do any of you guys have embroidery as a hobby? What is the best way to get started?

Lisa: As always the best ways to start is to do small things like book marks and pin cushions. Try looking in old craft encyklopedias, they are great for both inspiration and learing, especially the ones from the 70's. And then there is always internet :). Good luck!

Suky: Well... I don´t wanna sound patronizing, but: Use the time you have without a kid and do things you won´t be able to do for a while after birth. Like going to the movies,or to concerts, or sleeping in really long, or go on a city trip, or do a road trip, or... as the mother of a 2year old I´m dreaming of these things :).
