The other day we went to San Diego to visit a restaurant called Double standard. The chef is 24 years old and makes what I call a American Italian fusion that is absolutely delicious. If you are ever in San Diego I can highly recommend a visit!

The mushroom toast is truly amazing.

The truffle, parmesan and chive french fries are definitely something you can not miss out on.
