Camilla Engström: Hi Amone! Thank you for the kind words. If you feel lost I think it's important to know that you're actually not lost. You have just stopped listening/being honest with yourself. To feel inspired and in tune with your body it's important to be your own best friend. Maybe it is time to try something new. If you want to be healthy I would suggest to look up easy healthy recipes on YouTube. I personally recommend searching for a show called Raw Vegan Not Gross. She's super sweet and easy to follow. When it comes to working out I highly suggest you to stop thinking about losing weight. Why? Because it puts so much pressure on your work out. Working out should be fun and not feel like torture. Think about sports you liked as a kid. Maybe go back to those? I personally liked dancing so that's what I do but I also loved running so that's what I do as well! Amone: Hey! I love your page, it is very inspirational, and your design is innovative in many ways. Personaly Ive been having a period of non-inspiration what so ever, I dont know what to wear, what to eat( so I start eating pasta) and I wanna work out but dont know what is more afficent, how do you do?
