One of the things I love last week with the Yogiakademin was all the amazing food. My favorite meal was the porridge we had for breakfast that our chef Emma made. She cooked oatmeals, flaked rice, chickpea flakes, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and salt. For topping we had cinnamon, ginger and apple puree. Delicious!
