I always care for skincare. Here’s a few of my hand luggage friendly favorites.

Midsummer is around the corner and soon I’ll be bound for my Mediterranean wonderland. With my work as a beauty editor, I usually take time out from wearing makeup when on vacation. But I always care for skincare. Here’s a few of my hand luggage friendly favorites.

Dry remedy daily moisturizing oil by Aveda is a little hair hero based on highly hydrating buriti oil. The oil also contains a natural sun protectant. I rub a few drops into my hair before hitting the beach, it helps my sensitive strands from drying out in the sun.

Facial cleanser by Kahina Giving Beauty is the mildest and most moisturising facial cleanser I’ve ever tried. It’s loaded with Vitamin E, known to ease dryness and bolster skin’s UV defense, and therefore super suitable after a day on the beach when the skin can be a little extra touchy feely.

Sage & Zinc Facial Hydrating Cream Spf 15 by Aesop is a light on the skin and contains mineral-based Zinc Oxide, which forms a barrier to reflect sunlight without clogging pores. Since Spf 15 might be a little low on days when the sun is strong, I always combine the cream it with wearing a vintage straw hat.

Royal Face Oil Neroli by Maria Åkerberg is an blend of beautifying oils such as jojoba, sunflower seed oil and rose-hip oil. Together they balances and builds up the skin’s barrier. I’ve noticed that the oil makes my skin more adaptable when the weather is changing with heat and higher humidity.

Immediate Moisture Facial Hydrator by Aesop is my latest inflight companion. It keeps my complexion dewy from take off to landing.
