Lea T's latest gig shows a new level of acceptance in the conventional beauty industry.

On our minds is Lea T who has recently made history as the first transgender model to front a global cosmetics brand with her new campaign for Redken. The 33-year-old Brazilian has been a big name in fashion for a while now, featuring in high end magazines including Vogue, Vanity Fair and Love (the latter where she fronted the cover making out with Kate Moss). Her latest gig however shows upon a new level of acceptance of transgender people also in the conventional beauty industry.
