One of my favorite dishes at the moment

How would you guys feel about a recipe every week? I’m trying out all these new dishes lately and I would love to share some of them with you! This is what we did last night, It’s one of my favorit dishes at the moment actually.

Pesto

100 grams Walnuts
1 Lemon
0,5 Teaspoon of ginger
75 grams Parmesan
1 dl fresh Basil leafs
0,75 dl Olive oil
Sea salt & freshly grinned black pepper
You also need
Gnocchi
Fresh baby spinach
Place all the ingrediens except the olive oil of the pest into the bowl of a food processor and pulse a several times. While the food processor is running, slowly add the olive oil in a steady small stream. Adding the olive oil slowly, while the processor is running, will help it emulsify and help keep the olive oil from separating.

Stir in some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil over medium heat and cook the Gnocchi for 3 minutes or until they rise to the surface. Use a slotted spoon to drain and transfer to a bowl. Mix the pesto with the Gnocchi and serve with a duvet of free baby spinach.
