It’s 40 days left until our surf trip. Which means time to build some muscles and get in to the best surf-shape possible. When I comes to my surfing, It’s the paddling muscles that needs to some extra attention. So today I had my first Crawl lesson! I’ve never been much for swimming, I use to like spending more time under the surface, pretending to be a mermaid that was diving for hidden treasures on the ocean floor. But today I was actually surprised how lovely it was to be in the warm pool when the snow was falling outside the window. Now I just need to work on my breathing while swimming. Sound pretty basic but it’s super hard the get it right! On my way back I bought some breakfast and now I’m sat at my new dinner table with a cup of black coffee working watching the snow falling outside the window.

emma: Haha! Thank you!!
