Sofia Sanchez Barranechea is an art director as well as the founder of Underoursky.com which represents and sells clothes from Argentinean designers. She has roots in Buenos Aires and sports gorgeous outfits, something that’s made her a true street style favorite. Here at Make it last she reveals, among other things, who she would like to spend a minute in an elevator with, and what she would write on a note to Anna Wintour.

How would your mom describe your style? 
– Eclectic and playful!

Name an element that’s typical for your style? 
– Prints.

In what way is fashion present in your life?
– Through work and friends.

Are you happy with that presence? 
– Yes!

How do you reason when you shop for clothes or beauty products?
– If I love how it makes me feel or not.

Where do you bargain sustainable or second hand clothes? 
– Alfie’s Market in London, Chelsea flea market in New York and every vintage store in Los Angeles.

Jennifer Aniston never showers for more than three minutes. What small things do you do in everyday life to care for the environment? 
– I turn off every light when I leave a room.

What do you wish became easier when it comes to fashion and sustainability? 
– Production and communication.

– My fiancé, @alexdebetak.
