I never been much for eating breakfast -even though it’s the most important meal of the day. I’m more of a black coffee kind of girl. At least until last week, when Veronika, a make up artist I was working with, told me about chia pudding. Now I’m hooked and I just can’t get enough! Since I’m a vegetarian it’s the perfect start to my day. The chia seeds are packed with protein. I mix it with coconut flakes, vanilla powder, cinnamon and then just slice some banana on top.
